Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that education that can help realize the national aspiration of ‘prosperous Nepal, happy Nepalis’ is required for the country. Inaugurating the new academic programme of Madan Bhandari Academy of Health Sciences virtually today, he said skilled, capable, talented and patriotic citizen was the need of the day.
Education should help those who acquire it to ease their daily living, he said while adding that the investment in terms of finance and labour in the education sector should not go waste. As a result, the government will pay attention right from enrollment to continuity of education and in its quality.
He also expressed the confidence that the Madan Bhandari Academy of Health Sciences would make an important contribute to the health sector in a creative manner. The Academy has been successful right from the start since it was established to develop quality education that suits the need of the country.
Stating that the entire world including Nepal has been fighting the Corona Virus pandemic, Prime Minister Oli said the country would soon be neutralizing it, and then devote itself to address the post-COVID health challenges.
