Chairperson of the CPN (Maoist Centre), Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has said that efforts are underway to resolve problems of poor and landless squatters in a sustainable manner.
At an inauguration of local-level convention of the party at Bardagoriya rural municipality of Kailali district on Wednesday, Chair Dahal argued that necessary activities have been forwarded to resolve problems of landless and unorganized settlements.
Saying activities have already started to distribute land ownership certificate to the landless starting from the east, he claimed that distribution of land ownership certificate would be completed before coming elections.
Chair Dahal warned of launching revolt again if needed, stating that federal democratic republic was established in the country due to long struggle and sacrifice of the Nepali people.
He added that he was ready to launch another revolt again against those wanting to take away the people’s rights and justice.
Also former Prime Minister, Dahal shared that his party has given special emphasis on people’s education, health, employment and land management.
