The country reported 13 new cases of coronavirus infection from 4,155 sample tests in the past 24 hours, the Ministry of Health and Population said.
Likewise, 44 infected ones got recovered from the virus during the same period. With this, nearly 966,000 persons recovered from the coronavirus infection as of April 9 in the country.
According to the Ministry, the recovery rate is 98.7 per cent.
In the past 24 hours, no COVID-related death was reported from across the country, the Ministry said.
Currently, the country has 637 active cases of COVID-19 and 613 of them are in home isolation while 24 others are receiving treatment in ICU and one in ventilator support.
