All Nepal National Free Students Union (ANNFSU) on Thursday submitted a memo to Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane, demanding action against the murderer of its central committee secretariat member Chetan Aidi.
A team under leadership of ANNFSU Chair Sunita Baral met Home Minister Lamaichhane and called for action against the murderer.
On the occasion, the Home Minister expressed commitment to arrest those involved in the murder, said ANNFSU General-Secretary Samik Badal.
Aidi was murdered on November 20, the day of general elections, at his home following a dispute that occurred at a voting centre at Tribeni municipality-7 in Bajura district on the same day.
