The meeting decided to provide USD 10,000 in financial contribution from Nepal for the preparations for the 'South Third South of The Group of 77' to be held in Kampala in Uganda, said Spokesperson Banskota.
The meeting has permitted resumption of the survey of lands in Syangja as per Clause 3 (1) of the Land (Survey and Measurement) Act, 2019. It was also decided upon to approve the proposal to send a formal invitation to Chief of the Army Staff of India M M Naravane and Chief of General Staff of the Israel Defence Forces, Aviv Kochavi to visit Nepal on a convenient time.
Similarly, it was decided to establish sisterly relations between Kamalamai municipality in Sindhuli district and Mianyang city of Sichuan province in China, he said.
The meeting as per Clause 2 (3) of the Communicable Disease Act, 2020 directed health workers posted at transits into Nepal and Tribhuvan International Airport to take suspected persons entering Nepal under surveillance in the wake of coronovirus spotted in China, take precautionary measures in this regard and transport them to the health institutions and quarantines specified by the Ministry of Health and Population.
Likewise, the meeting approved the Nepal Urban Road Standards, 2076, Capital Grant Work Procedure, 2076 and Private Firm Registration (12th amendment) Regulations, 2076.
