Central bank urges BFIs to open their service counters

nepalnewsgazette.com September 8, 2020     Comment Closed     business, Trading

Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has asked all the banks and financial institutions (BFIs) to open their service counters until September 11.

The central bank made this appeal to the BFIs for the purpose of revenue collection to be paid to the government from today.

The NRB also directed to open the offices of Nepal Clearing House Limited for these days. It may be noted that the BFIs are opening their limited number of counters due to ongoing lockdown and prohibitory order on the wake of coronavirus infection.
