Chairman Prachanda calls for creating election environment

npadmin April 18, 2022     Comment Closed     General

CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has expressed the confidence that people would support his party once again as the federal democratic republic, secularism and inclusive proportional representation established in the country are his party's agendas.

The Maoist Centre Chairman claimed that people would back his party also to give a complete shape to the agendas of transformation established on the foundation of people's war and people's movement.

The Maoist Centre Chairman and former Prime Minister Dahal was speaking at a press brief organised by the party's Central Publicity Department.

On the occasion, he shared that Maoist forces divided in different fractions are coming together in defense of the transformative agendas and for the implementation of the constitution.

During the event, Prachanda argued that the incumbent five-party coalition was formed against a trend that seeks to subvert the inclusiveness, proportional system and secularism. The alliance was needed to maintain political stability in the country by addressing the people's urge for development and prosperity, according to Prachanda.

Likewise, he said his party was ready to go for May 13 local level poll even without forging an alliance adding that the Maoist Centre party is not weak. "But, the alliance should continue as it is formed with a certain target."
