COVID-19: 21 new cases reported

Corona virus infection has been confirmed in 21 more people in the last 24 hours across the country. This was revealed in 3,788 samples tested in various laboratories across the country, according to the Ministry of Health and Population.

The total number of those infected has reached 966,839. The recovery rate is 98.8 percent, the ministry said.

During the period, 16 people have recovered from infection. Currently, the number of active cases of Corona Virus is 187, with 186 in home isolation and one in institutional isolation.

No casualty has been reported, with the death toll remaining at 11,952.

Meanwhile, 11,005 people were vaccinated against COVID-19 in the last 24 hours.
