COVID-19: Two infected persons die in Morang

Two persons infected with coronavirus died while receiving treatment in Morang district today. A 43-year-old man of Sundarharaicha Municipality-3 died while receiving treatment at Birat Teaching Hospital, according to the Hospital’s Isolation Department Chief Sunil Dev.

The man was admitted to the hospital last Saturday after problems on respiration. The man was tested positive with the virus on the same day.

Likewise, 71-year-old elderly man from Budhiganga Rural Municipality-5 in Morang died today at Covid-19 Treatment Centre, Biratnagar. Centre’s Manager Gyan Bahadur Basnet said that the man, also an asthma patient, was receiving treatment in ventilators.
