Eight injured in an attack at a local mosque

At least eight persons were injured in an attack by an unidentified group at a local mosque in Lamahi. The attack was made while they were performing Namaj.

Guthe Kuresi, 64, of Lamahi municipality-5 has been critically injured when some people with sharp-edged weapon attacked at Faijane Raja mosque where local Muslim devotees were performing Namaj.

According to Police Chief of Ward Police Office, Lamahi, Pushpa Raj Thapa, he has sustained deep injuries on his head.

Other injured from the same location were Arsad Ali, 33, Sabbir Ali, Mohammad Kasim, 52, Sakil Ali, 29, Dil Mohammad Miya, 65, Kamal Ali, 25, and 42-year-old Mohammad Yakdin Ali. ---
