Chief Minister of Gandaki Province Prithvi Subba Gurung has informed that the province government was committed to delivering development to people.
Inaugurating the Chaite Dashain festival-2078 here Wednesday, Chief Minister Gurung reiterated that the province government was working actively to ensure road, drinking water, electricity, employment and skills to the people. "The province will have 144 motorable bridges and more than half million households will have their own taps," he announced.
CM Gurung argued federal system is significant for development and prosperity. This system delivers facilities to the people at doorstep, which should be lauded, CM Gurung added.
The festival will be held for five days. It has aimed at conserving culture, and boosting economy and tourism potential in the region.
