A booklet featuring State-1 has been released here today. The major points surrounding economy, society, environment, infrastructure and good governance are incorporated in the booklet.
It is the integrated picture of State-1 providing objective information also about its policy, plan and programmes.
At a programme organized to release the booklet, CM Sherdhan Rai claimed that the State government was able to deliver development and prosperity aspired by the people. "Since its formation, the State government had been running in right direction in terms of forwarding development activities. It is proved by the facts," he said, vowing that the State-1 would make public its achievements made so far.
On the occasion, Vice-Chairman of the State Planning Commission, Subodh Pyakurel, said all employees at the Commission had important contribution to prepare the booklet.
Commission member Purna Loksom viewed that the booklet would be helpful to gain information about the State and forward development activities.
