International President and Vice-President of Jaycees arriving Nepal

International President of Jaycees Argenis Angulo and Vice-President Rakhi Jain are arriving Kathmandu.

As informed, President Argenis Angulo is arriving Kathmandu today while Vice-President Jain is scheduled to arrive here on Friday.

President Angulo is a Venezuelan national while Vice-President Jain is an Indian citizen.

Nepal Jaycees President Lalmani Bhandari shared that the International President is arriving Nepal after a hiatus of seven years.

The International President will stay in Nepal up to April 10. He is scheduled to attend different events including National Councilors Academy under the Nepal Jaycees Annual Programme and also pay courtesy call on Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba and meet the UN representatives, among others.

JCI Nepal is a non-profit-making voluntary member-based organization of young active citizens aged 18 to 40 working in Nepal since 1964 for developing leadership, personality and entrepreneurship skill sof young people of Nepal. Dr Bhekh Bhadur Thapa is the founder President of JCI Nepal.

JCI Nepal now has 172 chapters in Nepal while Jaycees international has national working committee in 120 plus countries.

JCI members have the opportunity to hold local, national and international leadership positions, elected each year, within the organization. JCI’s “One Year to Lead” philosophy allows members to share their talents and fresh perspective with the organization while continuously adapting to the needs of the members, Bhandari informed. ---
