The result of local level eection-2079 has been announced in Doti district.
Out of nine local-levels in the district, the Nepali Congress has got victory in seven local levels. Baji Singh Khadka 'Bijay' of the NC has been elected Mayor of Dipayal Silgadhi Municipality while Kalpana Saud of the same party got victory to the post of Deputy Mayor.
Similarly, Dirgha Bahadur Balayar of the NC has won the election to the post of Mayor in Shikhar Municipality and Sunita Rawal of the same party as Deputy Mayor of the Municipality.
