NEPSE decreases 11.34 points to close at 1589.63

Nepal Stock Exchange index has dipped 11.34 points to close at 1589.63 points in the last trading day on Thursday. Likewise, the sensitive index has decreased 1.65 points to stand at 314.74 points.

On Wednesday, NEPSE index reached 1600 points. Over 1.1 million shares of the total 193 companies were traded at over Rs 2.9 billion. Of 12 subgroups, three soared and nine decreased. Finance increased 31.72 points, micro finance 0.85 and mutual investment fund 0.02.

But, banking dropped 8.17 points, trade 2.37, hotel 31.04, development bank 20.99, hydropower 44.57, non-life insurance 74.31, production 13.35, other 5.92 and life insurance 24.16.
