PM Nominee Has No Intention of Rejecting Nomination

nepalnewsgazette.com November 7, 2016     Comment Closed     Key Issues

Prime minister nominee Kim Byong-joon says he will automatically be removed if rival parties and the presidential office are able to jointly produce a proper candidate for the post.

Kim made the remarks to reporters on Monday, saying that he hopes to play the role of a small pot of fire in the dead of winter, which would naturally disappear when a better heater is introduced.

He, however, made clear that he has no intention to voluntarily step back from his nomination. The nominee said he hopes to contribute to resolving the complicated state of affairs in any way he can and that he cannot reject the nomination now.
