Right to inclusion only for a certain period of time: Minister Bhusal

Minister of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Pampha Bhusal has said that the right to inclusion established in the Constitution is only for a certain period of time.

Speaking at a program organized by the ANNFSU (Revolutionary) Central Women’s Department here on Wednesday, she said the rights granted to women is for capacity building for a certain period of time, following which work and benefits will be provided based on merit.

Minister Bhusal emphasized on the need to institutionalize fundamental rights, including the implementation of free and compulsory education envisaged in the constitution.

Also speaking at the Teej festival event, CPN (Maoist Center) Standing Committee member Onsari Ghartimar said that communists should celebrate Teej as a festival to expand consciousness for social transformation.

ANNFSU (R) President Pancha Singh said that women should take the festival of Teej as a mode of change and rebellion, while calling upon women to continuously struggle to ensure their rights.
