Three bodies pulled out from landslide debris

The bodies of three out of five women who had been missing after a house was buried by landslide have been found. The house was buried by landslide occurred at Belauja of Rambha Rural Municipality-2 in the district. The incident happened on Thursday morning.

 

The bodies of 16-year-old Krishna Maya Gaha, eight-year-old Laxmi Gaha and 14-year-old Khusisara Ale were pulled out of the rubble, Information Officer at the District Police Office, Madan Giri, said. Search is on for two others who have gone missing in the disaster.

 

Nepal Police, the Armed Police Force, Nepali Army and locals have continued the search at the site.
