Two arrested with homemade pistol

Police have arrested two people in possession of a homemade pistol and its bullets from New Buspark area in Kathmandu.

A squad from the Police Sector, New Buspark apprehended Joyal Thapa, 42, of Dhobichaur, Kathmandu metropolis-17 and Raju BK, 30, of Bardaghat municipality-14 in Nawalparasi on the charge of possessing arms unlawfully on Saturday. The two were arrested from an eatery and made public today, according to District Police Range Kathmandu spokesperson Superintendent of Police, Dinesh Raj Mainali.
