Ward member Satyal passes away

A ward member of Kathmandu Metropolitan City-30, Niraj Raj Satyal, passed away on Sunday night.

Elected as a ward member of KMC-30 in local-level election held in 2074 BS, Satyal was suffering from cancer disease since long.

He had started his political career from Nepal Student Union, the sister organisation of the Nepali Congress. He was also former FSU member of Tri Chandra College.

His final rites were performed at Pashupati Aryaghat on Sunday night itself.
