Kathmandu: Bangladesh has entered the final of SAFF Women Championship2024 by defeating Bhutan on Sunday.
Bhutan suffered defeat with Tohura Khatun’s hattrick.
In the ongoing match held at Dasharath Stadium, Tripureshwar, Bangladesh scored 7 goals against Bhutan (1) in the first semifinal.
It was Bangladeshi player Khatun to make three goals, while Sabina Khatun did two, and Ritu Porna Chakma and Seuli Ajim one each.
For Bhutan, Deki Lazom responded to the rival team with one goal.
The second semifinal under the Championship is beginning after a while from 6:30pm. Nepal and India are competing for the final.
