Kathmandu: Currently there is an influence of the westerly and local winds throughout the country, the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology said. The weather will be partly cloudy in the hilly region and mainly fair in the rest of the country.
According to National News Agency Nepal, the Meteorological Forecasting Division forecasts partly cloudy conditions in the hilly region and fair weather in the rest of the country this afternoon. Light rain accompanied by thunder and lightning is likely to occur at one or two places in the hilly regions of Koshi, Gandaki, and Sudurpashchim provinces.
The evening is expected to bring partly cloudy conditions to the hilly region, while the rest of the country will experience fair weather.
