Dhaka: Detective Branch (DB) of police tonight arrested former Habiganj-2 lawmaker Abdul Majid from the city’s Farmgate area. Deputy Commissioner (DC) of DB, Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Muhammad Talebur Rahman confirmed the arrest.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Majid will be produced before the court tomorrow, as stated by Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Talebur Rahman.
