Kathmandu: Foreign Minister Dr. Arzu Rana Deuba has departed for India today as part of a religious visit. She plans to engage in worship at Baba Baidyanath Dham located in Jharkhand, India. The farewell at Tribhuvan International Airport was attended by Foreign Ministry Secretary Amrit Bahadur Rai and other high-ranking officials from the ministry.
According to National News Agency Nepal, following the religious visit, Foreign Minister Deuba will participate in the Raisina Dialogue, an event organized by the Ministry of External Affairs of India in New Delhi, starting March 17. The dialogue will host prime ministers and foreign ministers from around the globe, providing a platform for significant international discourse.
During the Raisina Dialogue, Foreign Minister Deuba is scheduled to deliver an address, contributing to the discussions. Additionally, she will take the opportunity to undergo a health follow-up during her trip.
