Kathmandu: A meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) today unanimously endorsed a proposal to send the ‘Armed Police Force (APF), Nepal Bill, 2081 BS’ to the respective committee for clause-wise deliberations. Minister for Home Affairs, Ramesh Lekhak, proposed the session to move forward the Bill for clause-by-clause deliberations. Speaker Devraj Ghimire announced the unanimous endorsement of the proposal put forth by the Minister.
According to National News Agency Nepal, the session also featured House of Representatives (HoR) Secretary Harkaraj Rai tabling the ‘Tilganga Eye University Bill, 2081 BS.’ This bill, which originated in the National Assembly, was presented along with the NA message regarding the Bill during the meeting.
