National Assembly Meeting Postponed Until Monday Morning

Kathmandu: The meeting of the National Assembly that was initially planned for Sunday has been rescheduled to 11:15 am on Monday. This change was officially communicated via a notice issued by the federal parliament secretariat.

According to National News Agency Nepal, the session had already been postponed three times on Sunday. The repeated delays are attributed to the actions of opposition party lawmakers, who have been blocking parliamentary proceedings. They are demanding a response from the Prime Minister regarding the dismissal of the Managing Director at Nepal Electricity Authority.
