Indian Foreign Secretary Meets Prime Minister Oli in Kathmandu


Kathmandu: Foreign Secretary of India, Vikram Misri, has paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli earlier today. The meeting took place during Misri’s two-day official visit to Nepal, which commenced this morning.



According to National News Agency Nepal, the visit was made at the cordial invitation of Nepal’s Foreign Secretary, Amrit Bahadur Rai. The meeting was held at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, Singha Durbar, and was attended by several dignitaries.



Present at the meeting were PM Oli’s Chief Advisor Bishnu Prasad Rimal, officials from the Foreign Ministry, and the Indian Ambassador to Nepal. The discussions during the meeting have not been disclosed.
