Kathmandu: Prime Minister Sushila Karki on Saturday inspected the police offices at different places in Kathmandu that were damaged during the Gen-Z revolt on September 8 and 9. PM Karki monitored and inspected the Maharajgunj Police Circle and Koteshwor Police Range.
According to National News Agency Nepal, during the inspection of the police facilities, PM Karki asked the police force to return to their duty with top morale, Senior Superintendent of Police Shekhar Khanal stated. Most of the police offices under the Kathmandu Valley Police Office have largely suffered damages during the protests.
Chief of Nepal Police Chandra Kuber Khapung, Additional Inspector General Dan Bahadur Karki, and other police officials were present in the inspection visit with PM Karki.
