Kathmandu: President Ramchandra Paudel has prorogued the ongoing session of the National Assembly with effect from this midnight. The decision was made following a recommendation from the Council of Ministers.
According to National News Agency Nepal, the session was ended in accordance with Article 93 (2) of the Constitution of Nepal. The notice of the prorogation was issued by the National Assembly today, marking the conclusion of the current session.
