Nepali Ambassador Presents Credentials to Iraqi President


Baghdad: Nepali Ambassador to Iraq, Ghanashyam Lamsal, presented his credentials to President Dr Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid during a formal ceremony at the Baghdad Palace in Baghdad, Iraq.



According to National News Agency Nepal, the ceremony took place on Wednesday where Ambassador Lamsal conveyed well wishes from President Ramchandra Paudel of Nepal to President Rashid, expressing hopes for his personal happiness, good health, and the continued progress of the people of Iraq.



In response, President Rashid congratulated Ambassador Lamsal on his new role and reciprocated the good wishes, extending similar sentiments of happiness, health, and progress to President Paudel and the people of Nepal. Ambassador Lamsal also holds the position of Nepal’s Residential Ambassador to Kuwait.
