NC CWC Meeting Postponed to November 4

Kathmandu: Today’s meeting of the Nepali Congress central working committee was postponed.

According to National News Agency Nepal, the next meeting has been scheduled for November 4, as stated by NC Party Office Chief Secretary Krishna Prasad Poudel.

The party has requested its office bearers, members, invitee members, and presidents of all seven provinces to be present at the forthcoming meeting. Today’s meeting was deferred after the establishment side and the factional side failed to reach a consensus on presenting a proposal to announce the date of the party’s 15th general convention. This follows a previous meeting that was called for Friday, which was also postponed.
