Ganeshman charnath: Four persons, including three from a single family, died, while two children sustained serious injuries in a road accident at Birendra Bazaar of Ganeshman Charnath Municipality-1 in the district on Saturday. Those who lost their lives in the accident were Dhan Bahadur Purbachhane Magar, 40; Shambhu Purbachhhane Magar, 35; Nisha Purbachhane Magar, 35; and rickshaw puller Dambar Rai, 40. All of them died on the spot.
According to National News Agency Nepal, the deceased were residents of Bharatpur in Ganeshman Charnath Municipality. The accident occurred when a passenger bus traveling to Dhangadhi from Biratnagar collided with an auto rickshaw (Province 2-01-001 Ha 1230), as informed by Police Inspector Laxman KC from the Area Police Office, Dhalkebar.
Moreover, Shital Magar, 14, and Roshan Magar, 9, who were seriously injured in the incident, have been admitted to Neuro Hospital, Janakpurdham. An investigation into the incident is underway, police added.
