Makawanpur: Makawanpur police have arrested a prisoner who had escaped from the central prison during the September 8-9 Gen-Z movement. A police team from the Palung-based Area Police Office captured 32-year-old Bhupendra Basnet, a resident of Basnet Tole, Thaha Municipality-9, Makawanpur, He had fled from the central prison in Sundhara, Kathmandu during the second day of the Gen-Z movement on September 9.
