Kathmandu: The prices of gold and silver slid in the domestic market today compared to the previous day.
According to National News Agency Nepal, gold has fallen by Rs 4,300 per tola to reach Rs 294,700 per tola, while silver has dropped by Rs 150 per tola to be traded at Rs 4,875 per tola. This information was provided by the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association.
On Wednesday, the hallmark gold was traded at Rs 299,000 per tola, and silver’s price was Rs 5,025 per tola. This marks a noticeable decrease in the prices of these precious metals.
As stated by international media reports, in the global market today, gold is being traded at USD 4,713 per ounce, while silver is priced at USD 73 per ounce.
