Kathmandu: As many as 25 people were held with drugs from different places.
According to National News Agency Nepal, two people were arrested from Kathmandu Metropolitan City-7 with 305 tramadol tablets. Additional arrests included two individuals from Mitrunagar, one from Kalika Municipality-2 in Chitwan, and two from Madi Municipality-6.
Further expanding the operation, authorities apprehended one person from Tikapur Municipality-9 Baluwatar in Kailali, three from Inaruwa Municipality-4 Baschowk in Sunsari, and four from Lisankhu Pakhar Rural Municipality-5 Mude in Sindhupalchok, all found with brown heroin.
In a continued effort, six individuals were arrested from Urlabari Municipality-2 Dumre in Morang, one from Mechinagar Municipality-6 Kakadbhitta Bahundangi Road, two from Jeetpur Simara Sub-Metropolitan City-21 in Bara, two from Bishnu Rural Municipality-5 Fenhara Chowk in Sarlahi, one from Gajuri Rural Municipality-2 Ratamate in Dhading with 30 kilograms of illicit substances, and one from Madhuban Municipality-6 in Bardiya, the newsroom reported today in its news bulletin.
