Maharajgunj:Prime Minister Balendra Shah emphasized the importance of integrity and honesty for professional success during a ceremony at the National Police Academy. Addressing the graduation of 79 police inspectors, PM Shah urged the officers to internalize their training and apply it in their duties.
According to National News Agency Nepal, PM Shah highlighted the significance of adhering to the constitution, laws, and standards as essential for professional conduct and discipline. He reminded the graduates of their role in maintaining peace and security, conducting criminal investigations, and safeguarding citizens’ rights.
The Prime Minister encouraged the officers to perform their duties impartially and without discrimination, stressing the importance of understanding their organizational role. He noted that cooperation, collaboration, and the use of information technology are crucial for effective crime investigation and control.
PM Shah underscored the need for impartial, fact-based, and technology-driven investigations, pledging the government’s commitment to providing the necessary resources for these efforts. He also congratulated the graduates and expressed gratitude to their families for their support.
