Newly appointed Chief Justice Syed Refaat Ahmed paid homage to the martyrs of the Liberation War by placing a floral wreath at the National Memorial in Savar this morning.
After reaching the memorial at 7 am, Chief Justice Syed Refaat Ahmed paid homage to the martyrs’ heroes by placing a floral wreath.
The Chief Justice stood in solemn silence here for some time as a mark of profound respect to the memories of the martyrs of the 1971 War of Liberation. He later signed the visitors’ book.
Other justices also accompanied him during this time.
