The Bangladesh Bank has appointed its executive directors Md Zakir Hossain Chowdhury and Md Kabir Ahmed as deputy governors.
A notification was issued in this regard by the finance ministry’s Financial Institutions Division.
The notification mentioned that they have been appointed on a contractual basis for a period of three years from the date of joining.
