Police has arrested one Md Moti, alleged killer
of Milestone School and College student Sanjid Hossain Mridha, from the
capital’s Uttara area.
“A team of Uttara West Police Station arrested Moti, also one of the top
extortionists of the area, from Uttara Sector-10 kitchen market on the
evening of September 21,” a Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) release said here
today.
Sanjid was shot and killed beside Milestone School and College on August 5.
Later, his father filed a case over the killing and Moti was one of the prime
suspects in the case.
