Dhaka: Nepal lost its opening match in the CAVA Cup Men’s Volleyball Championship 2025, which began Wednesday in Bangladesh.
According to National News Agency Nepal, in the match held at the Shaheed Suhrawardi Indoor Stadium in Dhaka, Nepal was defeated by Turkmenistan in straight sets. The scores were 25-22, 25-18, and 27-25 in favor of Turkmenistan.
Nepal will face host nation Bangladesh in its second match of the tournament.
