Sirajganj: Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus is set to inaugurate the 7th National Comdeca 2025 at the hard point of Sirajganj town protection embankment. The event will take place from February 19 to 25.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the Chief Adviser will open the seven-day Comdeca virtually from Dhaka on February 19. This information was relayed by Chief Adviser’s Deputy Press Secretary Abul Kalam Azad Majumder.
Bangladesh Scouts is organizing the Comdeca with the slogan “building discrimination-free society.” Approximately 6,000 participants, including 4,000 rover scouts and 1,500 volunteers, are expected to attend the event.
Bangladesh Scouts Assistant Director Nasir Uddin highlighted that the Bangladesh Scouts headquarters and Sirajganj district administration are actively monitoring the arrangement of the Comdeca to ensure its success. Notably, the third Comdeca was also held at the Sirajganj hard point in 2001.
