Kavre:Continuous rainfall has resulted in the obstruction of several road sections in Kavre, Khotang, and Lalitpur due to landslides and debris accumulation.
According to National News Agency Nepal, traffic has come to a complete halt following landslides from Kharekhola, with stones and mud blocking the BP highway in the Roshi rural municipality-9 Pinthali and Ward No. 8 Gimdibensi areas of Kavre.
In Khotang, a landslide has obstructed approximately 15 meters of the road on the Mid Hill Highway, located in Halesi Tuwachung Municipality-1 Lakuridanda. The blockage is due to mud sliding down from above as a result of persistent rain.
In Lalitpur Metropolitan City-2 Sundarighat, traffic has been disrupted due to the rising water levels on the Bagmati River corridor road.
