Hetauda: Demolition of physical structures within the road border has begun for the expansion of the main road in Hetauda, the capital of Bagmati province. The Road Division Office, Hetauda, has initiated the process of breaking down these structures, starting early this morning, to widen the main bazaar area of Hetauda using JCB machinery.
According to National News Agency Nepal, Guru Prasad Adhikari of the Road Division Office, Hetauda, confirmed that the task of removing physical structures in Hetauda sub-metropolitan city-10, Rapti Road, has commenced. The Road Division Office had previously issued a public notice on November 21, instructing the removal of permanent and temporary structures built within 22.86 meters on each side from the mid part of the road, stretching from Raatamate to Budhachowk along the East-West Highway and from Buddhachowk to Samari Bridge along the Tribhuvan Highway, to be completed within 15 days.
