Kathmandu: The fluctuation in the gold and silver price has its impact in the domestic market as well. The price of both the precious metals has increased in the domestic market today as compared to Tuesday.
According to National News Agency Nepal, the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association has reported an increase in the price of gold by Rs 2,800 per tola (11.66 grammes) and an increase in the price of silver by Rs 60 for the same weight.
The current price of gold per tola is set at Rs 224,300, while silver is priced at Rs 3,150 per tola today. In the international market, the price of an ounce of gold is 4,074 US dollars, as stated by the Federation.
