Gold Price Rises by Rs 3,000 Per Tola in Local Market


Kathmandu: The price of gold has increased by Rs 3,000 per tola (11.66 grams) today compared to the figures reported on Friday. Gold is now being traded at Rs 238,000 per tola, up from Rs 235,000 last Friday.



According to National News Agency Nepal, the Federation of Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association has provided these updated rates, reflecting the significant rise in the local gold market. Additionally, silver prices have also seen an increase, with the Federation setting the price at Rs 3,125 per tola, up from Rs 3,085 reported on Friday.



In the international market, gold is currently being traded at 4,016 US dollars per ounce, indicating trends that may have influenced the local market prices.
