The government has formed a three-member committee to probe the recent allegation of corruption in posting deputy commissioners.
The Cabinet Division issued a notification to this end tonight, which will come into immediate effect.
The probe body is consisted of the law, justice and parliamentary affairs adviser as convener while the home adviser and the information and broadcasting adviser as members.
If necessary, the committee can co-opt members.
It has been asked to submit its report within 10 working days.
