Tongi: A free medical camp initiated by the Islamic Mission was inaugurated at Bishwa Ijtema ground today. Director General of the Islamic Foundation, A Salam Khan, inaugurated the camp and distributed medicines among patients, according to a press release.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the inauguration was followed by a visit to the Tongi Zakat Board Shishu Hospital of the Islamic Foundation by A Salam Khan. The event also saw the presence of Islamic Mission Director Dr. Shahana Afroz and Zakat Fund Director Dr. Mohammad Harunur Rashid, among others.
