Kalikot: The Karnali Highway, which faced a blockage due to a landslide in Gagane Khola of Shubhkalika-1, Kalikot district, is now reopened.
According to National News Agency Nepal, the highway was obstructed at Gagane Khola following a rain-triggered landslide on Tuesday night but has been cleared today. District police chief Tek Bahadur Rawat reported that an excavator and JCB dozer were deployed to remove the debris and restore traffic flow.
Rawat stated that the landslide, originating from the opposite side of Gagane Khola, had completely blocked the highway.
