The KI Singh Highway, which had been blocked for traffic for the past two days, has resumed operation. The highway was blocked due to landslides triggered by incessant rain since the past few days.
According to District Police Office Dadeldhura, the highway connecting Dadeldhura and Doti was blocked due to a landslide in Raduwa of Ganyapadhura rural municipality-2 of Dadeldhura. It is now operational one-way.
The highway came into operation for one-way traffic since 1:30 pm on Saturday. With the operation of the highway, passengers and vehicles coming from and going to the hilly districts of Doti, Achham and Bajura of Sudurpaschim Province have headed towards their respective destination.
