Shuklagandaki: Minister for Federal Affairs and General Administration Bhagawati Neupane has emphasized the need for public institutions to ensure prompt service delivery to satisfy the populace. At a programme organized by Shuklagandaki Municipality, Minister Neupane argued that transparency in service delivery from public bodies would contribute significantly to good governance.
According to National News Agency Nepal, Minister Neupane highlighted that the public holds a higher position than politicians, and thus, the people’s representatives should prioritize serving them. She stressed the importance of addressing the concerns raised by the public regarding public institutions.
Minister Neupane stated that public institutions must provide prompt services transparently and should not avoid answering the public’s questions. She also urged that the pace of development work should be accelerated as people remain dissatisfied with the current performance.
